Delivery Information
Delivery charges may apply (orders below £75 retail value) and these charges are set out in our website.
You may cancel the order at any time up to seven days after the date you receive the goods. The reason for the cancellation must be stated and the reasons would be for receiving the wrong product, the incorrect quantity, or for receiving damaged goods. If goods are sent to the wrong address, this would be a valid reason to cancel the order. You can cancel your order by email to [email protected], or by telephoning our customer service line – 01563 536394. If you cancel your order for a reason not stated above, you must bear the cost of the shipping to return the order. Goods must be received in perfect condition in order for us to provide a credit for the goods.
We promise to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order is accepted and you will become the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you. You are then responsible for these goods and we are not liable for their loss or any damage caused to them.
